1LT Anthony Bittar, a Soldier with 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment, 48th Brigade Combat Team, takes time to talk to a local boy during a visit to the Yusufiyah pumping station. The pumping station had not functioned for some time. The U.S. Military and the Iraq government have worked together on this humanitarian project to bring water to outlying areas in this region.
