MG William H. Brandenburg, commander of U.S. detention facilities in Iraq, speaks at a dedication ceremony Sunday for Camp Remembrance, a new detainee facility at Abu Ghraib prison. The camp, run by the 306th Military Police Battalion out of Uniondale, N.Y., was unveiled in honor of the police officers and firefighters who perished in the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001.
