SSG Dale Horn, 2-8th Field Artillery, is surrounded by children as he walks around the streets of Mosul. The local citizens have made SSG Horn a Sheik for his interest in studying their culture and language, and for his help in supporting community projects.. He attends all the local village meetings to monitor projects and support related issues and shares his knowledge of Mosul with his fellow Soldiers.
