Blindness prevents you from seeing that Murtha may, in fact, have a point. And in fact he does. Bathists and Islamic terrorists lost the "war" on purpose in order to conduct a long bloody guerilla campaign against U.S. forces. Rumsfeld and Cheney and the rest of the gang completely missed this and continue to ignore it's ramifications.
I fail to see how Murtha is anything other than realistic. In my book, speaking the truth, supporting soldiers in the field with workable policies, and speaking out against this ridiculous and self-serving adminstration is patriotic. Blind support of this war is, well, blind.
The right honorable Murtha is a 29 year veteran of the Marine Corp who has forgotten the meaning of "Semper Fidelis". He's just another turncoat from the John Kerry School of traitors.Murthas bluster is a decoy to avert attention of his politically in-correct dealings that have garnished him personal financial rewards from his position.
You cheapen an otherwise excellent collection of pictures by including this cartoonish polemic with a one-sided view of Murtha's actions. This is a shame, as the rest of the photos are outstanding.
This picture fits every Democrat Party Leader, They are against everything Bush wants to do. If said come home, they would say stay. They just don't like Bush. They give NO Solutions.
Murtha's picture with Code Pink, a group that harrasses wounded Soldiers at Walter Reed is shameful. He should know better.
We are at war. We are winning that war. The only way we could lose is for public opinion to turn against the warriors winning the war. Walter Chronchite?sp? did it to us in 1968 after Tet. We should not forget that. I don't know what else to say about a 29 year Marine. Maybe he is ill.
Murtha with CodePink -- they not only harrass wounded soldiers recovering at Walter Reed, but have donated huge sums of money to the insurgent organizations with which WE ARE AT WAR, call our soldiers "killers" on their website and have sat on "tribunals" in judgement of American soldiers... and Murtha has aligned himself with this traitorous organization... says all I need to hear from and about Murtha. Murtha's previous service can not excuse nor condone his most recent deplorable actions.

I'd like to see some proof of that ma'am. So far, all Mr. Murtha has been speaking is nothing but bonafied truth. I won't get into petty name calling or shouting matches, because we're all supposed to be adults here. All I ask, is to show me proof otherwise.
Isn't one of the points of a democracy being the ability to speak out with your own opinion? That is hardly traitorous, more like patriotic in my book. And doing so should never be considered 'anti-American' (quite the opposite), even if you don't like what is said. SPC Chesak
Providing news and information about Iraq that is unbiased, but is not usually carried by the legacy American media.
25+ years of service for the U.S. Army.

Can't believe that someone who was so vital to the armed service at one point could sell out for a political career. Shame, shame!
