Zahra Kamer, an 8-year-old little girl, is placed into her new wheelchair by her father, Kamer Falih at the Taji Qada Qada. Kamer was one of 19 people to receive a new wheelchair from the Soldiers of Co. C, 414th Civil Affairs Battalion.
