CAMP TAQADDUM, Iraq - SFC Jesse Ortiz, a San Antonio native and the 2nd Battalion, 112th Armor, 36th Infantry Division civil affairs noncommissioned officer in charge, shows an eager group of Iraqi children their pictures on his digital camera. The 2d Force Service Support Group (Forward) Marines, along with Soldiers visit the local villages of Al Kabani and Quiadisisya to hand out soccer balls and backpacks filled with school supplies.
