The construction is centering on a complete sanitary sewer system with trunk lines and rehabilitation of the current water distribution system. The new system includes sewer mainline pipes and manholes, connections and/or construction of laterals to approximately 12,500 homes - each averaging 8 to 10 occupants, as well as businesses.
