National Guard Soldiers from the 313th Medical Company based in Lincoln, Neb., attached to Surgical Company, Combat Logistics Battalion-2, 2d Force Service Support Group (Forward), transport a wounded Marine from one Army UH-60Q (Blackhawk) helicopter to another during a (tail-to-tail) medical evacuation.
