Excuse me of beeing just a stupid European. But what strikes me as odd is that the US armed Forces, other allied plus contractors are heavily involved in training Iraqi troops. And from what i see, for example in this photo, is that the Iraqis don't even seem to know the basic skills of an infantryman. Many of these troops have also previously served under Saddam.
So the question arises; how on earth can a army as rudimentary as this have been depicted as any threat whatsoever to Israel and the United States...Seems that the only muslim troops boots on ground in Iraq that know how to fight are the insurgents!
