Sgt. Candace L. Coulter, a field wireman with Marine Wing Communications Squadron-28 (MWCS-28), terminates fiber-optics aboard Al Asad Air Base, Iraq. MWCS-28 is deployed as a part of Multi National Forces-West in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in the Al Anbar province of Iraq to develop the Iraqi security forces, facilitate the development of official rule of law through democratic government reforms and continue the development of a market-based economy centered on Iraqi reconstruction.
