The soldier on the right is Sgt. Phillips. After I took the photo I couldn't find the soldier on the left so I didn't include names with the photo.

When I save the picture It isn't good quality. So when I try to send it to the a photo shop it won't do it because the resolution is bad. Can you further advise on how I can get a good copy of this pic?
