A U.S. Marine with 3rd Platoon, Echo Company, 2nd Battalion, 6th Marines stands post at Observation Post Sina'a. Regimental Combat Team 6 is deployed with Multi National Forces-West in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in the Al Anbar province of Iraq.
