Sgt. Mark Jones, 21, of Prescott, Ark., playfully chastises a young Iraqi child for saying an American curse word. The Soldiers have become so familiar with this child from their patrols, they have nicknamed him (Baby) and often stop to play with the youngster. Pic by Staff Sgt. Rebekah-mae Bruns
It's good to see the lighter side of the war effort. The kids of Iraq are the future of a country that will need alot of time to re-establish itself, and everyone needs to remember that. To the soldiers, I wish you health, happiness and safety. May you return to your homes in the same condition you left them.
Providing news and information about Iraq that is unbiased, but is not usually carried by the legacy American media.
25+ years of service for the U.S. Army.
