During a humanitarian mission, LTC Guy Edmondson, military transition team commander, 2nd Brigade, 2nd Iraqi Army Division, handed out clothing to village children in Mosul, Iraq. Edmondson came to Iraq in March and is stationed on the same Forward Operating Base as his son, SPC Michael Edmondson, in Mosul, Iraq.

Senior Airman Nicoletta Kanakis, a 407th Expeditionary Communications squadron videographer, Ali Air Base, Iraq, docments members of the 407th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron as they remove the steel cement forms from around a cement pad they had recently laid on Camp Mittica, Iraq. The 407th ECES is on the Iraqi base building a 220 foot by 200 foot cement drill pad that will be used by the Iraqi army to train their enlisted soldiers.

Staff Sgt. William D. Lee, an electrical equipment repair specialist with Marine Tactical Air Command Squadron-28 (MTACS-28) troubleshoots a MEP 805B tactical quiet generator on Al Asad Air Base. MTACS-28 is deployed as a part of Multi National Forces-West in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in the Al Anbar province of Iraq to develop the Iraqi Security Forces, facilitate the development of official rule of law through democratic government reforms and continue the development of a market based economy centered on Iraqi reconstruction.
